The U50 is a smart door lock perfectly integrated into Apple Home. Tap an iPhone or Apple Watch, even when powered off, to unlock it. Easily manage and share access with guests through Apple Home. With a Matter-compatible Aqara hub, it supports Matter.
Remote Passwords and Unlock
The Smart Lock U50 offers keypad unlocking, remote passwords via the Aqara Home app (requires an Aqara Zigbee 3.0 hub), one-time local passwords without an internet connection, and a temporary password for visitors. NFC cards are sold separately.
Automations with Aqara and Third-Party Devices
Using an Aqara Zigbee 3.0 hub, the U50 is compatible with Google Home, Alexa, and IFTTT. For instance, pressing the Aqara Video Doorbell G4 will allow you to view visitors and unlock the door.
Auto Lock & Do Not Disturb Mode
Thanks to the built-in gyroscope, the auto-lock feature automatically locks the door after you close it. Alternatively, keep the door in passage mode. Do Not Disturb mode mutes the lock sounds for up to 24 hours, ensuring a peaceful sleep.
Durable and Secure Deadbolt Lock with Long Battery Life
Powered by 4 AA batteries (6V batteries required, included), the U50 offers a long battery life of up to 6 months. An emergency USB-C to A port is available. The lock body, made of zinc alloy, has an IPX5 rating and complies with BHMA Level 3 safety standards, ensuring durability and security. It can withstand temperatures from -31°F to 150.8°F. Sensitive data is stored locally and fully AES encrypted.
Easy Rekeying
The U50 cylinder is designed for easy rekeying. Simply remove the lock cylinder, have a locksmith adjust the pins for your existing 5-pin key, and continue using your original key.
